Monthly Unwind, a 1-hour class designed for all yoga levels, with modifications provided. Props are encouraged (yoga mat, blanket, strap, blocks, bolster), and participants should wear comfortable clothing. In class, you’ll unwind your body and mind, learn a little yoga philosophy, and flow through different sequences at your own level. (Please bring your own mat, everything else provided.)
