Level: All. Temperature: 100-105 Degrees. This class is a rigorous power vinyasa fused with the traditional Bikram postures. This session incorporates postures from the 26&2 series along with sun salutations, additional heart openers, and hip openers. This class will focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. It will be challenging and appropriate for all levels and is sure to leave you invigorated and feeling great.
