A gentle yet powerful movement journey designed to support recovery, Easy Does It JourneyDance™ is an 12-step practice that fosters a deep connection with a higher power.
Each month, we explore one or more of the 12 principles of recovery, embodying them through free, expressive movement in a safe and supportive space.
Through dance, we release resistance, embrace acceptance, and step into joy, healing, and transformation.
