- ➤ State investigators are examining the cause of a fire that damaged Unity House’s Kathryn Allen Building in Lansingburgh early Sunday; no injuries were reported and staff are relocating to the nonprofit’s main office downtown as plans are made to rebuild. Times Union

- ➤ On Sunday, Jan. 11, the Albany Institute of History & Art will screen the PBS documentary The Great Muslim American Road Trip (a 2022 film that follows a 3,000-mile journey along Route 66) during Muslim American Heritage Month; the event includes a live conversation with Executive Producer Jawaad Abdul Rahman.
