ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Governor Kathy Hochul has proposed a $3.75 billion investment in clean water infrastructure for communities with aging systems and chemical concerns in the fiscal year 2027 state budget. The budget is due April 1. WAMC

- ➤ State Health Department employees at 875 Central Ave say poor air quality has caused headaches and coughing after repeated ceiling collapses. Some now work remotely or step outside for fresh air as officials have yet to provide a lasting resolution. Times Union
