- ➤ Gershon's Deli & Caterers closed its doors after more than 60 years serving the community — the longtime eatery was known for its familiar, neighborhood atmosphere and has ended its run. WRGB

CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ The Adamsville Ancients Fife and Drum Corps performed on Sunday at the Wyman Osterhout Community Center in Voorheesville, sharing tunes from the Revolutionary War period and discussing the role of fifes and drums in early America. The event celebrated the spirit of 1776. Times Union
