- ➤ Latham 76 Diner, a local landmark, sold for $4.2M on Mar. 7 after 53 years of family ownership. The new owner (an El Salvador native who moved to the US as a teen) confirmed the sale. WRGB

- ➤ A local sensory gym is hosting Women’s History Month events to honor neurodivergent individuals — featuring mentorship programs led by founder Lisa Audi. The initiative will offer engaging activities for children and adults as the community prepares to celebrate women's achievements. WAMC
