- ➤ Major Sorffly Davius, 46, died Friday, March 6 while serving at Camp Buehring in Kuwait, according to the New York National Guard. The officer—responsible for data systems at the Troy-based 42nd Infantry Division headquarters and awarded honors—is survived by his wife and six children, and his death is under investigation. WRGB
