- ➤ The Albany IDA advanced its plan last Thursday to end tax breaks for DMG’s $35 million apartment and retail project near University at Albany after unsatisfactory progress, and the property will be returned to the tax roll with recaptured exemptions. DMG says construction will start in April (weather permitting). WAMC
