EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Saxbys and UAlbany partner to launch a student-led café offering hands-on business learning at the Massry School of Business. The venue will open Sept. 3 to serve signature drinks & food while students take on leadership roles. University at Albany
- ➤ Centennial Hall on the former St. Rose campus was turned over to UAlbany on Monday, Mar. 30, and the $12 million building is set to house upper-level students for fall *with a waiting list* already in place. NewsChannel 13
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ New York State awarded more than $5 million to fund 51 invasive species projects across the state. The grants supported boat steward programs in Tupper Lake and research at local universities — including projects to restore native aquatic vegetation and improve detection methods. WAMC
