Bethlehem police responded on April 11 at Walmart when two Albany suspects, Jason Bishop and Sarabell Bovee, stole a TV and other merchandise and left in a blue Honda Civic—Bishop, who did not have a valid license and had been banned from the store, was charged with burglary and other crimes while Bovee was charged with petit larceny—and later officers stopped a car on Route 9W and arrested Adnan Azad for driving with a suspended registration and an outstanding warrant.

A 52-year-old man left Guilderland Town Court on April 10 and his car broke down on Kenwood Avenue — Bethlehem police discovered him with hidden cases of beer, a 0.28 percent BAC, and no valid license, and he was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and driving without a license, receiving an appearance ticket for Bethlehem Town Court on April 23.
