Tulip Fest will be held May 10 and 11 from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Washington Park (the city’s crown jewel) where tulips are at peak bloom and residents will vote (in a People’s Choice contest among ten nominees).

Shelby Schneider was named CEO of Upstate Capital, a nonprofit that links private equity and venture capital with local startups and businesses, after a long career in economic development in upstate New York.
