Jahmell Manso, 26, admitted chasing and shooting an SUV along Delaware Avenue—his actions killed 21-year-old driver Davyjian Grier near Stewart’s Shop while a woman and two children were unharmed—and he faces a sentencing in August that could result in life in prison.

Albany County unveiled veteran banners (11 total) along Washington Avenue in Albany last week to honor local heroes ahead of Memorial Day.
