  • Rainbow Doemel announced that the inaugural Arthritis Community Weekend will begin today at Siena and run through June 8 to honor heroes and raise hope in the Capital Region. The event will feature a corporate pickleball challenge, a Walk to Cure Arthritis and a three-day wellness expo (including honorees such as child patient Lilah Rose and youth athlete Kieran Connor) aimed at supporting those living with arthritis.  WRGB

  • A motorcyclist was airlifted to Albany Medical Center after a crash near 1256 State Route 443 on Wednesday night—emergency crews arriving around 7:40 p.m. found the victim critically injured.  ABC NEWS 10

  • The Albany County District Attorney’s Office said on June 5 that 20-year-old Zyquan Stanford was indicted after he and three partners robbed two men from their car on May 25 on Second Avenue—he was arrested on Colonie Street and pleaded not guilty on June 4 after a loaded Glock handgun was found with him.  ABC NEWS 10
  • State Attorney General Letitia James released body camera footage showing David Levine (69) firing rounds with a hunting-style rifle at the Malta police barracks on April 9 before troopers returned fire and fatally wounded him, with recordings from four troopers not capturing the audio of the shots.  Times Union
