- ➤ An Albany man was sentenced to seven years in state prison for possessing two illegal guns after he attacked a woman near Ontario and Yates streets in March 2024—he still faces additional robbery charges, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. ABC NEWS 10
- ➤ A Glenmont man, Ryan McGrail, was returned to jail after missing his court date for charges linked to a March crash at a Route 9W gas station where his girlfriend’s car hit gas pump barriers and he was found with illegal knives—officers stopped him on River Road on June 4 at 12:57 a.m. Spotlight News
- ➤ Dennis Drue returned to court today and admitted he did not install the required ignition interlock device on the vehicle he drove—he received time served and a $1000 fine while his lawyer argued that he does not own a vehicle. WRGB
