- ➤ Albany Police say a woman was treated at Albany Medical Center after a reported burglary and sexual assault on Sunday night when a man forced entry through a window on Lancaster Street (the suspect's description is withheld) as investigators continue following leads. NewsChannel 13
- ➤ Police responded just before 1 a.m. to a shooting near Sloan Street on Third Avenue in Albany's South End — they found that a 32-year-old man who was taken to Albany Medical Center later died, and his name has not been released pending family notification. Times Union
- ➤ The Attorney General’s Office launched an investigation into a crash on Old Loudon Road that struck John A. Bonds—65 from Albany—when off-duty Colonie officer Jason Tusch drove his personal vehicle on May 27; Bonds died on June 2 after treatment at Albany Medical Center. Times Union
