- ➤ Joshua Fowler (26) pleaded not guilty to murder charges linked to the June 18 killings of his wife, father, and grandmother at his Grafton home in Rensselaer County Court, and he faces a potential life sentence if convicted. Times Union
- ➤ An Albany man, Khyir N. Williams (21), was stopped Thursday at 9:15 p.m. at the intersection of First and North Swan Streets for a traffic violation and was found with a loaded Glock 9mm handgun with a high-capacity magazine holding 17 rounds, and he faces two counts of criminal possession of a weapon with arraignment scheduled for Friday morning at Albany City Criminal Court. - ➤ Saratoga County deputies arrested Paul Daby Jr., 68, on Tuesday, June 24 for tampering with evidence after discovering 14 dead Chihuahua dogs in garbage bags in his car trunk—Albany deputies also arrested 39-year-old London Jae for aggravated animal cruelty after the dogs reportedly died from extreme heat in an RV at a Quality Inn & Suites parking lot between June 6 and June 7. - ➤ Joshua Fowler, 26, is set to be arraigned at 10 a.m. today in Rensselaer County Court after being charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murder for fatally shooting his wife, father, and grandmother in Cropseyville on June 18 — authorities reported no motive has been determined.
