- ➤ A Tannersville couple admitted to stealing over $35,000 in pension payments meant for Stephen Tuomey’s deceased father and will pay full restitution of $35,240.40 within four months as part of their plea agreement—state officials said they forged checks and used the funds for personal expenses.
