Osbert Orduna, CEO of The Cannabis Place Dispensary, said the rule change has destabilized the market—investors canceled meetings and concerns over breaking long-term leases add to the uncertainty. - ➤ New York’s redistricting process has been marked by a decade of legal battles and political changes as an independent commission and state lawmakers submitted plans starting in 2014. - ➤ Albany County invites community organizations and service providers to submit proposals for a new youth career readiness program that will begin this December and train high school students in job and life skills.
