- ➤ Thomas Murphy, 40, from Berne was arrested after he allegedly crashed his UTV into a pickup truck on Bradt Hollow Road on August 16—state police said his reckless driving caused over $10,000 in damage and led to charges of reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, DUI and other traffic violations while he was treated for serious injuries.
