GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Watervliet City Council has proposed a Halloween curfew that would restrict unsupervised minors from public places after 10 p.m. on October 30 and 31 — the proposal, meant to curb noise and safety issues from late trick-or-treating, will be discussed at a council meeting on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Watervliet Senior Citizen Center.
