GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Attorney General Letitia James announced a $500K settlement with OrthoNY (a practice with clinics in Albany and surrounding areas) after hackers stole data from over 650,000 patients and employees in December 2023. The settlement, announced Friday, Dec. 26, requires the practice to implement multifactor authentication and offer free credit monitoring. Times Union
