About this event

Levels: All. Temperature: Not Hot. AcroYoga is a partner practice that combines yoga poses with acrobatics. In our AcroYoga classes you’ll learn the basics of flying, basing, and spotting, partner drills, poses and transitions. Bring a friend or come solo and be ready for fun. This class is a longer length but you can leave at any point if you can not commit to the full time. It is a very fun and relaxed environment where everyone is trying new things so feel free to leave when you need to and enjoy the experience.
