- ➤ UAlbany graduate students in I-O psychology partnered with the Regional Food Bank to run job analyses and offer science-backed recommendations—updating five job descriptions to better match the work employees perform. - ➤ Lawmakers, formerly incarcerated mothers, and mothers of incarcerated children gathered at the Capitol on May 13 to rally for sentencing reform legislation — including the Second Look Act and Earned Time Act — to reduce family separation.
