- ➤ Jahmell Manso, 26, admitted chasing and shooting an SUV along Delaware Avenue—his actions killed 21-year-old driver Davyjian Grier near Stewart’s Shop while a woman and two children were unharmed—and he faces a sentencing in August that could result in life in prison. NewsChannel 13
